1. Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
2. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
4. Delivery, please allow up to 10 days for delivery, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charge will depend on goods ordered and delivery location.
5. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before orders are placed.
6. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
7. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass you name and address to ANY third parties.
8. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within seven days of the despatch date, providing it is unused. We will provide a full refund on the goods less any carriage charges.
9. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
10. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
11. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned items and at the customers expense.
12. Product Warranty: All bikes are covered by a minimum 3 month limited warranty covering all major components, including Engine, Gearbox, Frame, Running Gear and Electrical Components.
13. During the warranty period INTER-QUADS warrants that the bike shall be free from material defects under normal use and maintenance.
14. If the vehicle is returned to INTER-QUADS during the warranty period and upon inspection INTER-QUADS determines that part/s are defective, INTER-QUADS will repair or replace the part/s at no cost to the customer.
15. Where INTER-QUADS assess that necessary repairs are covered under the warranty, INTER-QUADS, will take reasonable endeavours to effect repairs within 28 days of receiving the bike for repair.
16. Items not covered by the warranty include Wheels, Tyre's, Brake Linings, Brake Drums, Brake Disc's, Bulbs, Fuses, Batteries, Body Panels, Seats.
17. This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom.
18. The Warranty does not cover, normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, damage caused by neglect, poor maintenance or repair, abnormal use or abuse or problems result from improper use.
19. The warranty will be invalidated if the customer fails to follow the maintenance schedule outlined in the owners manual or advise given by INTER-QUADS and/or fails to observed the operation instructions in the owners manual.
20. All bikes are provided with a return to base warranty. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the safe return of the bike for repair and at the customer's expense.
21. Should INTER-QUADS determine that necessary repairs are covered under the warranty, INTER-QUADS will return the bike to customer at INTER-QUADS expense.
22. Should INTER-QUADS determine a product is not liable for repair under the warranty, INTER-QUADS will submit a quotation for repair to the customer before commencing repair and will only commence repair upon written authorisation from the customer.
23. Upon the customer reporting a fault covered under the warranty, should INTER-QUADS determine the nature of the part required to remedy the fault, INTER-QUADS, in agreement with the customer, may if the customer desires, supply replacement parts for the customer or customers agent to affect repair. In these circumstances INTER-QUADS will supply replacement parts at its cost to the customer. However it will be the customer's responsibility and own risk to ensure that replacement parts are fitted correctly and the costs of fitting such parts will be entirely at the customer's expense. Where customers request that INTER-QUADS supply replacement parts for there own fitment.
24. INTER-QUADS reserve the right to ask for suspected defective parts to be returned for inspection prior to replacement parts being despatched.
25. By taking delivery of the product the purchaser confirms they do so with full knowledge and understanding of the dangers and risks of operating an all terrain vehicle (ATV ) quad, and fully indemnifies the sellers, importers and manufacturers of the vehicle against any claims resulting from accidents, injuries, losses, or death relating to the use of this ATV (quad).
26. The purchaser undertakes to read and understood the safety rules and advice offered in the manual/s provided before use and hereby takes full responsibility for the utilization of the vehicle/s, entirely at their own risk.
27. The purchaser undertakes to ensure adult supervision of minors riding the quad at all times and to ensure that adequate personal safety equipment is worn.
28. If the purchaser is unwilling to accept the above conditions the product must be returned, unused, at the purchaser's own expense, to INTER-QUADS within 7 Days of receipt.
29. INTER-QUADS reserve the right to apply an administrative charge to all refunds. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
30. INTER-QUADS reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
31. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer's statutory rights.
